Schengen Visa refusal on ILR application

Hi Everyone,


in 2019, I applied for a French tourist visa, at that time I decided to visit France from London by my car
So I did not buy a round travel ticket.

they rejected my visa application the reason was in the letter below

Justification for the purpose and conditions of the intended stay was not
provided

Even though I had USA/UK/China and many Schengen visas on my passport

do I need to declare on my ilr application in the UK
there is a question in the form saying that

For either the UK or any other country, have you
ever been:

Refused a visa
Refused entry at the border
Refused permission to stay or remain
Refused asylum
Deported
Removed
Required to leave
Excluded or banned from entry
