ILR Documents Query

Post by RMH10 » Fri Mar 31, 2023 2:37 pm

Hello, I am applying for ILR for my wife soon and I was hoping to get some confirmation on the following please:

For the accommodation documents, as well as a copy of the recent mortgage statement, you have to provide a copy of the Land Registry. I've looked on the goverment website, and the only document available is the Title Register. I've purchased a copy, but I was wondering if it will still be accepted as the PDF states:

This is not an official copy. It does not take into account if there’s a
pending application with HM Land Registry. If you need to prove
property ownership, for example, for a court case, you’ll need to
order an official copy of the register.

I look forward to a response.
Thanks

You may provide copies as all evidence is now uploaded digitally

Thanks for your response.
Will the Title Register itself suffice, instead of the Land Registry?
Also, I understand that evidence is uploaded digitally but will the fact that the Title Register is a copy from the government, affect the application?
Thanks

Hi, what happens if you cannot provide a copy of a mortgage statement for proof of ownership. Will the land registry on its own suffice?
Thank you

Okay. I don't have a copy of the mortgage statement for proof of ownership, if I send JUST the land registry on its own, will this be accepted by UKVI? This won't cause any issues with the application will it?
