ILR Super priority problem!!!!

Hi ,

I applied for ILR 5 years root on spouse 28th March with super priority service. Biometrics done 13th April. They didn’t give me any results yet!!!
Does it normally happen? Is there anyone can let me know how long it might take?

It can happen. Super Priority service is not guaranteed:

When you might wait longer
You might wait longer for a decision if your application is not straightforward and more information is required before a decision is made, for example:

if your supporting documents need to be verified
if you need to attend an interview
because of your personal circumstances (for example if you have a criminal conviction)

You should get an email saying your circumstances are complex, as in cases above. Did you check your spam folder?

Is there anyone can let me know how long it might take?

Only the caseworkers, which, I'm afraid, wouldn't be willing to share their expected timelines.

They send an email that it will take longer in my case tho priority will b first to give me results. But i spend extra £800 for super priority!! Am I getting refunds or do i have to email them for it?

I applied for a priority visa service and I am still waiting for a response. What is happening  ?
