Tier 1 Entrepreneur Dependent confusion

I was on Tier 1 Entrepreneur and was granted ILR in 2020. My wife was granted dependent visa at that time. She has completed 5 years as my dependent now. We are looking for her ILR. I’m British citizen now. Please can someone send me the link to start ILR application for my wife. Under what category we fall now. ? TIA

She applies on form SET O if she has held a pbs deod ent visa for 5 years.

Regarding public funds, we are currently getting some help from UC. But my wife is not entitled to it. Do I need to say Yes or No for my wife application ?
