Hi,

Just been to appointment is it normal to get a Annex 3 biometric biographic and identification exception letter?

Type of exception
Biometric exception - customer can attend appointment crossed

States once complete scan and submit under proof of application so do we submit or UKVAS will as they didn’t say anything to my husband
