ILR submission and dates

Hi,

I was just wondering if you guys help me with Tier-2 General ILR application queries.

Main applicant - initial visa start date -12/03/2018 - entry on 09/04/2018
Dependent - initial visa start date -13/05/2018 - entry on 12/06/2018
The first BRP was for 2 years and then renewed for 3 more years for the same employer
Current BRP expiry date - 14/06/2023 for all.

1. What should be the best date to submit applications?
2. SOC code 2133 when first joined - IT product manager but now this role has disappeared from the short occupation list, will it affect the application?
3. Shall I submit all applications together?
4. will the application go under SET O form?

2. SOC code 2133 when first joined - IT product manager but now this role has disappeared from the short occupation list, will it affect the application?
3. Shall I submit all applications together? You can if at your planned submission date all are within answer to your question 1.
4. will the application go under SET O form? Yes

Hi,

I want to apply alone for ILR as there was a difference of one month between my dependents and me when we entered the UK.
1. Do I still need to apply via SET(0) if I apply alone?
2. Is there any difference in the fee if I apply earlier and later(after receiving my ILR) for dependents?
3. Will it affect the application in any way applying alone?

The qualifying period start from initial visa issue date and not rhe date of entry to the uk.

1. Yes it is set O. The form is baeed on visa category you hold, not whether you apply alone or as a family.

2. No fee difference. Each person applying, together or separately, pays the same fee.

I am processing my application and there is a checklist requirement where it says
"All previous passports, travel documents, or national identity cards that you have used to
travel to or remain in the UK"

1. Do I need to provide all my previous passports whether I used them for overseas travel or not? I traveled only on my current passport and the previous is all blank. Please suggest.
2. Is there any problem providing extra documents? I am attaching some extra docs that they don't ask in the checklist.

1. Do I need to provide all my previous passports whether I used them for overseas travel or not? I traveled only on my current passport and the previous is all blank. Please suggest. Only passport(s) containing UK immigration history or records
2. Is there any problem providing extra documents? I am attaching some extra docs that they don't ask in the checklist. State such extra documents here so you can be advised if to upload or not so you don't confuse case worker with overload
