Accomodation requirements (Parents leased business)

Hi,

We would like some advise regarding accomodation requirements

I work for my parents business which is leased. And we live in the flat above the business

Our ILR is coming up

Our question is what documents do we need to provide for the HO

We are planning to show:

Housing inspection report
Business lease (which states someone who works for the business can reside in the flat)
Letter from parents (business owners) saying we are allowed to stay in the accomodation


What other documents would you recommend showing ?

As it is ILR, the main requirement here is to have evidence of cohabitation with spouse shown by 6 letters if in both names or 12 if individually addressed from at least 3 sources at interval of 3-4months from last 2years.
