I have a below query. Can you please let me know?

Being eligible for ILR (10 yr route)..for English certificate , I've consolidated marksheet, Medium of Instruction certificate and provisional certificate. However as the time is short(visa expires in few days) I could not get Original certificate from my home country university. they have SLA of 2 months .. so the question is ...

Can I apply for English language certificate with the above?

Assuming that by "English language certificate", you mean an ECCTIS certificate, given that an ECCTIS certificate and a B1 spoken English certificate costs about the same (~£150), you may be better off getting a B1 certificate.

thank you for your time. yes it is English proficiency certificate I meant...do I get from ECCTIS with above certificates?

I submitted biometric for ILR on 11th May 2023 via standard route. When is the likely date for Receipt of ILR ? Do I need to wait for 6 months i.e till.Nov 2023?

Do you mean to ask, when are you likely to receive ILR? We don't know that.
Timeline thread would be your main source of information, but every case is different.
