If you have such a confirmed job offer AND proof of having earned at least £18600 in the year immediately preceding the application, you may be able to apply for your spouse to accompany you to the UK.
However, do not count on such an application to be decided in three months. You may well have to return to the UK and start the job. But your spouse may be able to join you earlier than under the route that you stated.
Bank statements AND payslips/salary statements or appropriate tax statement (i.e. two sources of proof from separate bodies).
