B1 visa

Hi, My wife hold a b1 visa which is valid and I am applying for B2 visa for holidays so I want to check if my wife can travel for holidays with existing b1 visa or she needs to apply for b2 visa?

Don't they issue B1/B2 visas usually?

B1 meant for business/tourism and B2 meant for tourism/medical so originally we got B1 for business and now can we travel for holidays with the same visa?

The B1 & B2 (and combined B1/B2) visa holders can enter the US for visit/tourism purposes.
