Long delay for approval

Hi good afternoon
I HV been reading all delayed topics .
I HV applied in mid September for naturalization.after 2 years of ilr,I was thinking that will get approval within 3/4 months some of my friends applied with me they got approval in 3)4 months.now for me 11 months still waiting.
After completing 6 months waiting I HV emailed to further n team . received only generic email .I HV contacted my local MP they HV sent email to them but they also received same email.after waiting 4 wks I emailed again they replied me in 10 days with same thing in progress check going on .
Applied September
Received email from case worker.in march that complex case Will take longer.
First email fth in may /MP also
Second in June /MP also
Third in July
Fourth in August/MP also
Not received replied yet
Email to complain team on 3 August no reply yet
Ask for sar on 7 July no reply yet
Now frustrated

well i am waiting for March 23 Apply for SAR one person had his naturalisation delayed for 2 years the problem is that the system generated his 3 Alias name

I think ho work like old school once your case delayed it's delayed and other case go through quickly.mp letter's even don't put pressure on them.

After 13 months ho ask for all pages for passport
I HV sent same day.
No response for two weeks.than email to further n.e
They HV response today.
That application been approved.
Finally got it there
