(a) If you have been refused under Para 320 7(A), any application you make within the next 10 years will automatically be refused.
(b) If you have the right of appeal and don't use it, see (a). If you win your appeal they will almost certainly have to grant you a visa, and the ban should no longer apply. If you lose your appeal, then again, see (a).
If you want to have a chance of being admitted to the UK for any purpose during the next 10 years, you have no choice except to appeal. Make sure you do it within the time limit. Don't waste your time asking on forums like this whether you have a good case - you'll only get conflicting opinions. Contact a good UK solicitor or an Immigration Advisor registered with the OISC (google that if you want to know more). Make sure you're honest and tell them everything. It will cost you hundreds of pounds, but if you don't want to, or can't pay, then you must resign yourself to staying in your own country, or seek out another country where you can go and study.
