Thanks for the advice!

I received my ILR on 06/09/24 and I submitted my naturalisation application on 06/09/25 at 00:46. But the UKVI payment confirmation email stated the date as 05/09/25, even though the email was received on 06/09/25 at 00:46 UK time.

However, the application form that I download afterward states DATE OF APPLICATION: 06 September 2025 00:46 British Summer Time (BST)

Would the discrepancy cause any issue with my application?

Thanks!

It will likely be OK. the first day for you to be eligible would have been the 5/9 anyway.

Ah I didn’t realise that I calculated my dates wrong, thanks for the advice!

I attended my biometrics with TLSContact today but haven’t received any confirmation from TLSContact after attending the appointment. Is this normal?

Thanks, that’s reassuring albeit frustrating.

It also occurred to me that on my application form under the section where they ask you to provide the reference to all previous applications, I mistakenly put down the UKVI payment reference instead of the unique application number. Now that everything has been submitted and biometrics attended, is there anything I need to do to correct this and how?

I’m not sure that I even have the unique reference number for all my previous applications :(

You are being paranoid and overthinking.

UKVI will have your full immigration history and can cross reference with your form. The question about application ref is an 'if known' answer anyway.

I forgot to put 2 visa applications there and they still granted me citizenship

Thanks to all of those who provided me with some reassurance.

I hope this is just me being paranoid again. A few years back, I had a long-standing conflict with a housemate caused a lot of harassment. Since it was staff accommodation, I sought support from the staff accommodation team and my manager. When the situation escalated, I reached out to the police, and I believe he did the same. However, the police decided not to investigate. Instead my workplace arranged a mitigation meeting, with my manager present to support me. A few months later, I moved out when he continued to cause issues, and I decided to simply avoid him. There have been no follow-ups with the police, and I’m unsure if a case had been raised against me, or if he even filed a police report (he claimed he did). I only remembered this last night and had forgotten to share it in my naturalisation application. Should I reach out to the Home Office to declare this, or would it not be necessary?

Thanks!

This looks like more a personal altercation, no need to declare anything.

I agree with you that you're being paranoid and unnecessarily overthinking about many irrelevant things. Just need to relax and wait for a response on the application, it should proceed with no issues.

Thanks!

Does the countdown starts when the application is submitted or when the biometrics is done for naturalisation?

We don't know for sure, as we are not caseworkers. It is thought to start from application, but supporting documents are only sent after the biometrics appointment.
