Scottish flag

Not so much of a big deal, but most people have their country's flag on their posts. Mine only says Scotland with no image. Did I do something wrong when I signed up?

Go to flag selection in your profile - there's Scotland listed twice - select the second one and your flag will appear.
No idea why Scotland is listed twice.

I don't think I have that option. Clicked on my username at the top right, went to control panel and then profile, but I only see two options. First is a tickbox to "delete current image" which is a blank grey cross. Deleting it seems to make no difference. Below that I have "select your avatar", but there's nothing in the dropdown menu.

Do you have to be a mod or a longtime user to change this?
