Naturalisation and indian passport

hi all,
i am applying for naturalisation in jan end and have travel to india in march first week and have below queries

1. Can i travel on indian passport if my decision comes before march ?
2. when i have to surrender indian passport , Is it after the naturalisation certi or uk passport ?
