Afghan national in Pakistan spouse visa

Hi.
Is it possible for an Afghan national with a temporary visa in Pakistan to apply for a spouse visa after marrying a British national please?

If so, is it harder than for a Pakistani national?

What difficulties do we need to be aware of please?

Have anybody gone down this route please?
