Out of UK exceed 450days because of medical treatement

Hi,

I am applying for citizenship but due to medical diagnose abroad i had to stay for 6 months for treatment abroad which makes my total number of days out of UK 531 over last 5 years, please advise if i can apply now?

I have all the medical evidence from NHS and abroad.

In that previous post from earlier this year, you confirmed that you finished the treatment and met the absence requirements, how is this different now?

In any case, you still can apply and ask for discretion, provided you can demonstrate the conditions required by the Home Office.

Were you physically in the UK five years ago? If not, when did you return to the UK?
