Working Holiday Visa 50% rule still used for tier1?

Working Holiday Visa 50% rule still used for tier1?

Guys, in countries like South Africa, Australia, malaysia etc..I have read in other forums that their tier1 visa application got rejected because they worked for more than 50% of their stay in UK with their Working Holiday Visa (WHV).

Whats the latest update on this? I have come across a few people who were with WHV and worked more than 50% of their stay but got their visa approved.

Anyone with any updates greatly appreciated. I am planning to apply from Bangablore VFS in march09
