Anyone get contacted by home office after psw appeal allowed

hello every one

is there any body get contacted by home office after appeal allowed by AIT..
my appeal was allowed in september 2008 and its upto 4 months i am waiting but have no contact by HO realy worried my last visa expired and cant move any where realy worried whats going on...

when ever i call HO they said they have no updates about my application process and i have to wait unless they contact me ....

what they are doing realy out of my mind that can they also treat us like this even they do not appeal against the decision and after the period have been passed they should contact for passport but still waiting and thinking to withdraw my case because they are realy giving me trouble.

no mate dun withdraw ur case coz u have already won it ...the thing is HO had approx 1 week 2 put a case of reconsider against ur allowed appeal but as u told its been 4 months so dat means they havent asked for reconsideration and now the problem is ur passport so keep on calling dem week after week and b patient !

get in touch with the home office and make sure that they have your passport.

Usually the Judge would give details on whom to contact directly.
