WP holder & study part-time

Hi,

I am currently hold Work Permit and work full time. Can any one tell me that I dont need any extra visa to study a part-time course (MSc in Marketing)? I will just enrol & study without asking the HO for study visa because this not a full time course and I am holding WP.

Also, will a part-time course qualify for Post-study visa or just full-time coourse? I was thinking of switching to Tier 1 at the end of my Master course.

You should be fine. You don;t need visa for part-time studies,but does university didn't asked your for valid visa till completion of your course?

This depends on the degree you receive from your university. It could be dicey since you are not doing full-time.
