A friend of mine, originaly from china. he's a successed Asylum seeker.
he got his british passport last year and currently running business in the U.K.

He got 2 children in china before he came here, both under 18. and he support them since last year.

I want to know, my firend want bring his children over and join with him.
the children in china, do they need apply ILE or can they be registeded as british?

one is 17 , another one is 14
