Reconsideration not allowed (appealing Admin. Court) HELP

Post by picolla » Wed Apr 08, 2009 4:15 am

hi guys
Can u tell me what is next if reconsideration allowed? I heard that one need to go for hearing again and face Senior Judge. If so, what would be outcome in relation to previous determination. Same procedure would take place as normal hearing or anything else. There will be HO representative again as because I had hearing once and been dismissed. I applied for reconsideration and waiting for outcome.
You guys have any experience in relation to this matter.
Information appreciated.
Thanks

If Reconsideration is allowed, you will have to go through same process again as like ordinary appeal but the judge in this case most probably be a senior one. You can also submit additional docs in reconsideration if appropriate.

See the tribunal archive for reconsiderations, pick a date and read some, that may give you a better idea.

  • another question... reconsidration is turned down..... appealing to administrative court........can't submit any other grounds except those already been submitted for reconsideration.
what are the chances......can i change barrister who is dealing with from the begining ......being let down by him.......

and one thing don't understand .........the letter about reconsideration not allowed concluded with.......

If it is the case, the appeallent is misled, it is open to him to make fresh application or lodge representation with the respondents in this circumstance.

    infromation in this regard WELCOME.
