ILR APPLICATION.

Post by benjy » Sun May 10, 2009 7:53 pm

Hi I am putting my wifes application together for her appointment soon at Croydon PEO.
I know now we only need to suppply 6 leters in total.
Is it ok to supply more?
Do we just put all the letters together in a folder or is there an order they go in?

It's always ok to bring more in case they're needed. Supply in chronological order.

If you're applying in person, definately take more. My husband was recently granted ILR after being on FLR extension (Life in the UK
test). The checking officer only wanted documents to cover 11 months
from when FLR was issued....but took 15 in total...8 in joint names, the rest in single! Luckily we'd allowed for that!
Maybe we just looked dodgy! 8)
