my appeal got rejected at court

Post by shawpan » Tue May 05, 2009 6:09 pm

Today I got the bad news from AIT that I have to leave UK and the Home office made the right decision by not giving me PSW something like that. My hearing day, I made mistake by not taking all the bank statements. I made a huge mistake by not making any transaction after December, so I did not got any bank statement from Bank, but when i said the same thing to the judge that I still have the same amount of money after December as I did not take no money from my bank, she said she needs a written document to prove that. Now I have 5 days to appeal against this decision. Can anyone please help me by giving me any advice what to do.
thanking you in advance

You can appeal within the 5 days period and provided you have the Original statement now yu have a case but if you can get a solicitor just to make things easier for you ,i can imagine the tension and fear you going thru now

Ofcourse every one has the option of reconsideration if ur appeal gets refused. And well i can't tell you the exact no. of ppl applied for reconsideration but the number is more than 1000.

But you MUST send form to apply for reconsideration within the 5 days of ur appeal refusal.

If 5 days have already expired then u have lost right of reconsideration already. In this case you need to leave the country within 28 days of the refusal.

Cheers

thnks mate. I mean those 1000 ppl had their lawyers with them, I'll be the only one guy who doesnt have a lawyer. I have sent it already. thanks mate. In the application form, I have explained in simple words. Is it necessary to say according to which paragraph of which law I am allowed to apply?thnaks

I have applied for the PSW (Transition); but now the problem is this – issue with my Bank Statement as I do not have the £800 for the 3 month.
My application is with the Home Office still awaiting consideration. Can I send another application (PSW - Transition); despite the fact that my passport is still with the Home office?

One cannot send two applications. Its only possible if u withdraw the application and apply again.
