HSMP Extension

Post by singh1827 » Mon May 11, 2009 11:00 pm

Hi mates

My HSMP expires next 7 months which falls under old HSMP category (Not Tier-1).

I would like to know how early can i apply for my visa extension and what could be the minimum package to get HSMP renewal.

Any replies will be much appreciated

Ppl have successfully got their extensions 6-8 months prior to expiry of their current leaves. Th extension was granted from the date of expiry of current leave.

I agree with push_hsmp.

Also, the minimum requirements with regards to qualify for the Tier 1 can be found here on the points calculator:

Have a look through the Tier 1 guidance on the UKBA website - it's generally pretty clear and self-explanatory.

Good Luck!

My advice would be have a read of the extension guidelines and the application form there are specifics there for those affected by the HSMP Judiciary Review.
