EEA family permitt from Isalamabad

Hiya,
I am German national, living in Uk sinceoctober2004. Got appointment in Islam. on 28 May 2009, to apply visa for my wife.
I sent all this below papers to my wife. Is everything included, or do i miss something imprtant?
And what kind of form should my wife fill in in Pakistan?
how long does it normally take to get a respond from british HC?
Any news will be much appreciated!!
tell me, please the procedure. I am abit nervouse my wife more then me..

• Certified Copy of Passport
• Wage Slips and Cheques new Employment
P60 and P45
• Recent wage slips covering four months
• Certified Copy of National Insurance
• Letter From Employer
• Letter from Local Housing Office
• Certified Copy of Tenancy Agreement
• Saving Accounts Balance
• Bank statements Jan-May 2009)
Documents should be added by my Wife
• My Wife’s Passport
• Birth Certificate
• TB Certificate
• Original Marriage Certificate ( Nekah Nama)
• Translated Marriage Certificate
• Wedding Ceremony’s Photos

What this message really means.
