Could someone please guide what to do if someone case for EC to UK is delayed for say more than 14 weeks

u can send email to the embaay. same like my friend apply on
18th march from lahore pakistan for tier 1 but till today he has not received any reply.

my case was delayed for more than 14 weeks, had to call them at the UKBA number every week, the replies were brief and no info until they said a parcel has been sent.
