HSMP Extension

Guys,

Please let me know following:

1) How much minimum money should be in bank account at the time of applying Extension, I am depositing 5000 GBP from family in my bank account, would it be a problem or concern for Immigration team

2) I worked 7 months on 500 per month job and from last 3 months I am on 2500 per month job, how many months salary should I show? should I show them abt my odd jobs contract and salary slip? should I show p60/ inland revenue form from my odd job??

3) do I need to get the latest letter from my current employer that I am still employed with them and they will keep me employ once I get my extension?

4) I dont have any rent agreement? would there be any problem without the one.
