No that is not possible. That is, it is not possible for someone in the UK on a visitor visa to get married in the UK, unless they first obtain a CoA ... Certificate of Approval to Marry. But even if that was granted, then the two of you married in the UK, she would still need to go back to Serbia to apply for her spouse visa.ANother possibility I suppose is for here to come here on a tourist visa and us get married straight away.
