New changes announced by HO (PBS system going down)

Please find the changes announced by HO. They have announced the changes and reworded in a way to avoid shame. Looks like PBS is under criticism again mainly for the stupid maintenance requirement etc. Also it reflects that UK needs more people to save their (going down) economy as migrants pay millions in taxes. The UK and HO would not accept that they need more people to start the ecomony again and one solution is more skilled migrants and students. Some of the stupid requirements for students are chnaged particularly huge amount of money they (students) need to show for extension or new application. I really like the way they worded this change and the reason for change to avoid a laugh (PBS GOING DOWN).
