Post by jhajharia1 » Sun Sep 13, 2009 6:47 pm

Whats the locus standii in case the primary holder is not traveling with dependent (when primary is outside UK) ? assuming that they have already made 1st entry together on HSMP/Tier1 and this for 2nd time and onwards !
What all documents does the dependent needs to carry with her/him!

Should be fine. Immigration office may ask some questions but I presume the reason for the Primary applicant to be out of UK is either for Business reasons or for some other legitimate purpose.

Since both primary holder and dependant have made the first entry together, for future entries there will be no more questions that usually asked.

You can be travelling alone on business or to visit family. There is no legal or technical problem. The dependant does not need to carry anything other than the passport on which the visa is stamped.
