Why are you shouting? On the interest posting in block capitals is equivalent to shouting, and on this board such posts are liable to be deleted without warning.

Anyway, you first need to apply for a CoA .... Certificate of Approval to Marry .... click here. Your fiancee does not need to apply for one, as she is an EEA citizen. After getting the CoA, go to the Register Office and give the needed Notice of Intention to Marry .... get married .... and then apply on form EEA2 for a Residence Card.

With a RC you can study, work, etc etc..

And yes, after you marry, you may apply for a 5 year UK Residence Card using Form EEA2.
