Hi Did you get the answers to your question?WalkOn wrote:Hi all,
I'm in the process of completing and submitting my extension application (HSMP -> Tier 1 (Gen)).
However, I'm rather confused with some of the questions.
D11. What is the applicant's current immigration status in the United Kingdom? - I'm assuming this is 'Limited leave to remain'. Is this correct?
T5. Previous Earnings. - How is the table to be completed? I'm confused with the division in the 'Earnings in pounds sterling' column. Should the amount be entered at the top or bottom of the 'division'?
Further to this, I'm sending my current valid passport as well as a renewed passport. The reason is that my current passport has only one page empty. Should I mention this in the cover letter and (should my application be successful) ask that the case worker affix the renewed visa in the new passport? Is this possible?
Thanks in advance.

My HSMP is getting expired on Jan 2010 and I am preparing new application for extension.
Could you please answer my following two questions.
1. As i am already on HSMP can i claim qualification points based on my Bachelor degree. (No Masters).
2. I have already proved English language points in 2007 when i got HSMP. DO i need to prove it again?
Thanks in advance.

Ans: I wrote ' HSMP '

Ans: Dont bother too much. I wrote earnings from the first employer in the first row & Second employer in row 2. And entered the total in the 3rd row. Just common sense should be good enough.
