Application Processing times for In-country applications

This might be a trivial question for everyone, but can any one please tell me or clarify me about the processing/approval time for In-country applications (within UK).

Processing times thread is used for this purpose and you may guess when you go through it. On an average it takes around 30 days for Tier 1 General In-Country and it is a relative term
