Documents Required for EEA4

Post by dimi » Thu Jan 28, 2010 6:10 pm

The rules seem to have changed.

Section 6 of the EEA4 form states that you have to send:
Photographs of yourself
Photographs of any family members
Passports and/ID cards
Your EEA or Swiss family member’s passport
or ID card
Employment letter/P60s/wage slips
Accountant’s letter/Inland Revenue
form/invoices
School/college/university letter
Evidence of funds
Comprehensive sickness insurance document
Pension document
Doctor’s letter/medical reports
CIS card/lease

However, it appears that now HO asks for many more documents from both EEA and non EEA national, such as 5 years worth of bills, bank statment, and payslips/p 60s (for both EEA & non EEA).

anyone who resently posted EEA4 and got COA please confirm exact list of documents required from them.

Hi Dimi, I have similar situation and it is looks on this forum not many people who wish to share personal experience, once they had their PR - they are happy, cant blame them :D
According to the form Version 05/2008 the date is unchanged, did you notice any changes in the form or this what you read anywhere else?
Which route are going, EU employed/self-emploed/student, etc...? It is valuable information, as I am now also collecting kg of papers from my wife, not an easy job :-).
