HSMP Tier 1 Dependant Child born in the UK form??

applying for hsmp/tier1 soon
should i use the pbsdependantapplication form for my son (who was born here but never applied for leave since he doesn't need any unless traveling)

If yes, then how do you fill the Section D, Immigration status. It's weird, it says

" main applicant in a qualifying category. If the dependant does not meet either of these criteria it is likely that his/her application will be refused. Please see the guidance notes for further information."

D6. NO... go to D12

D12. Explain here that child is born in UK and parents current visa status is .... ..... etc..

D13. NO... go to D15...

Also the search option doesn't work properly for me, it gives me the search results just fine and i can browse the topics on page 1 but when click on page 2 or any other page it says "No topics or posts met your search criteria

In addition to above, I would suggest that under / alongside D1 (which you answer as NO) you write "Application for dependent child born in the UK on date".
