Representative--- Visit VISA appeal

Post by technical_lemon » Mon Mar 08, 2010 11:41 pm

who can be a representative when you appeal against the VISA refusal..?
can a sponcer be a representative as well ?

the reason i am asking is i need to sign my mum's VISa appeal but she can't sign straightaway ( she is away and post is the only option which will take couple of days to reach her and back)and if i wait than 28days notice will be over ?

your quick responce will really help me ..

Many thanks..
