Chikwamba Case and Article 8 ECHR

Post by SgtBellPepper » Thu Apr 01, 2010 4:31 pm

Quick question regarding this and the right to a family life.

Does this judgement only apply to people already in the UK? What about people applying from abroad for entry clearance? In other words a British husband who has a family overseas?

I am British and so is my eldest daughter. However, my wife and youngest daughter are not. Would you say that the above would have any bearing?

Thanks

Sarge.
