Family Visitors Visa

I have been living in the UK since last 7 years, We have applied for Family Visitors visa for my father to come through, it got rejected due following reasons:-
1> Property Document submitted in Hindi (non Traslated)
2> Letter for Fixed deposit didn't contain renew explanation
3> Lack of cash in saving account in Indian Rs...

Althoguh i have send all docs from Sponsors, but they have rejected the application on above ground....

My Questions :-
1> Who are certified Translator in India , from where We can get Translation of property documents & current valuation
2>Is there is template for Property current valuation
3>Is it better to put fresh application rather than submit all new documents with translated property in appeal process ?

Please write exact raesons for refusal as per refusal notice and not what you may think they have refused your parents and then maybe some will advise you accordingly.

Th wording of the notice is what is important, to make sure you get the correct advice
