NEED SOME ADVICE PLEASE QUICK

SOME TIME AGO I POSTED THAT I WAS MARRIED TO INDIAN CITIZEN I AM BRITISH WE WHERE REFUSED IMMIGRATION ON SILY GROUNDS I APPEALLED IN UK AND WE WAS REFUSED AGAIN WE APPEALLED AND NOW HEARING DATE I 27TH OF APRIL I WAS TOLD BY LAWYER THAT I DIDNT HAVE TO ATTEND AS WAS FIRST STAGE NOW THEY TELLING ME I NEED TO BE THERE THE ONLY PROBLEM IS I AM AT PRESENT IN INDIA WITH MY HUSBAND WHERE I HAVE SPENT A TOTAL OF 1 YR WITH HIM HERE WE GOT MARRIED 28TH FEB 2009DOES ANYONE KNOW IF IT IS POSSIBLE FOR US TO HAVE A VIDEO HEARING DUE TO PRESENT SITUATION ABOUT VOLCANOE AS I AM NOT KEEN TO FLY BAK ALONE AND HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT THERE IS NO FLIGHTS PLEASE GUYS I NEED THIS INFORMATION ASAP

This is something your lawyer should be advising you on...he (or she) has the full facts for your case and the appeal.

YEAH I WAS THINKING ALONG SAME LINES .. WAS JUST WONDERING IF THERE WAS ANYWHERE IN DELHI WE CAN GO FOR ADVICE ON THIS AS I AM SCARED TO FLY NOW AND NO FLIGHTSFROM HERE ANYWHERES

Whilst your solicitor may be aware of all your circumstances, It is always advisable that the sponsor be present at the hearing, just in case some questions are asked that only the sponsor knows the answers to.

If you cant make it , ask your solicitors to adjourn it till your return back to UK

I CANT POSTPONE ANYMORE AS WE BEEN MARRIED A YR NOW AND ITS DRAGGING ON IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE WE CN DO PLEASE AM AT MY WITS END HERE

Let the appeal be heard on teh day and see what happens then. You dont have much choice I am afraid.

You dont have to be there, Your solicitor will present your case.No need to contact AIT

called laywer he has said its an upper tier tribunal will we be granted visa this time or what is this upper tribunal
