Need urgent help (pls reply quick)

Hi

I m going to Apply for tier 1 general soon in next week.

I m claiming point for my PG diploma which is giving me 30 points on ukba PBS calculator.I have checked it many times.
I know PGD was not eligible before 6 April .but PBS calculator is giving it 30 point.

But some people told me that it's a mistake by home office and PGD is not eligible.

I have asked so many immigration advisors regarding this thing but they are also not sure.half of them saying YES you can apply with PGD.and half of them are saying NO you can't get any points fir your diploma. .

Plz tell me what is right and what is wrong.I am very worried ........

best thing to do is.... write an email to HO!

you will not get 100% reply either way on this forum anyway and its foolish to draw your conclusion based on people who reply on here

I did called home office yesterday on their general number and the lady on the other end told me that if PBS calculator is giving you points than YES you can apply with PGD.

But you are right it's good to have some thing in written as a evidence.

Can you please tell me on which e mail address I have to send my query?

If PB calculator is awarding you 30 points then thats it. Your diploma is eligible, just print the summary of calculator and attach with your application that is a proof for you in writing.

Do not expect from UKBA to give you anything in writing confirming this. This is not their job.
