doubt in filling up pbs appendix 1 tier 1(general)

I have doubt in doubt filling up pbs appendix 1 tier 1(general) self assesement for section 3.2 INDICATE YOUR METHOD OF POSTGRADUATE DEGREE VERIFICATION?
I dunt have post graduate im applying on the basis of bachloer degree
PBS giving my degree required 30 point
What should i write in that section?

and stike out the "post" on top

4.6 Earnings Table - You should complete the following table giving details of previous earnings being claimed. If earnings
originated from more than one source, you should enter each source separately. The electronic Self-Assessment Points
Calculator will explain the purpose of the fields below.


One the fields asks about Earnings in
pounds sterling

Should the earning be calculated as
Earning in pounds sterling = Earning in your currency* Uplift ratio * conversion rate

OR

Earning in pounds sterling = Earning in your currency * conversion rate

My passport was issued in Bangalore. In VAF 9 Form, What should i write for 3.2 Issuing Authority ? Should it be Govt of India - Ministry of External Affairs or Regional Passport Office, Bangalore.

Appreciate your help in this regard.

your passport has a stamp and sign on first/second page
read that stamp care fully it should say
RPO - XXXX
XXXX is your issuing authority
for your case Blore is issuing authority.

make sure it is bangalore / bangalooroo , just write the same name
