eligibility for ILR (earliest possible date)

Im posting this on behalf of a family I know so please help guys:

Work permit initially approved (vignette 19/02/06 till 19/02/08 ) and on 27/02/2006 arrived in the UK

Then converted to student visa on 30/08/06 till 29/12/06 Subsequently changed again to work permit from 13/11/06 till 13/11/09

And current work permit from 12/02/08 till 13/02/13

The query is when will be the earliest eligible ILR date due to the break in 2006 august with the student visa.

Help much appreciated.

12/11/2011, assuming there are no breaks in residency (in the UK) between 13/11/2006 and 12/11/2011.
