Skeleton Argument vs. Grounds of Appeal

Post by r555 » Tue May 04, 2010 11:32 am

Hello,

I was wondering what is the difference between a Skeleton Argument and a Grounds of Appeal letter? My appeal hearing is coming up soon, and I needed some guidance related to the Skeleton Argument that has to be prepared. Is it in any manner different from the Grounds of Appeal that I had already sent?

Looking forward to a reply. Thank you.
