Hi My husband (NON EU) is working in Ireland from last 6 years on Working Visa Stamp 4 .
Now he got one job offer in Belfast . What visa he need to work in Belfast ?
- If he moved to Belfast will he lose his Irish visa ?

If he's going alone he will need either Tier 1 or Tier 2 work visa assuming he's not an EU national yet.

Yes we still have NON EU here . However we already applied for our application for naturalization in Ireland.

What is processing time in total to get it Tier 1 or Tier 2 Visa ?

I think you should first check out the implications of moving away from Republic of ireland, to Belfast (united kingdom). Just make sure it wont effect your status there. If you are going to get irish citizenship soon, then it would be best to wait for a while.
