Questions / Clarifications on UK, Tier I - PBS General Migra

Post by prisat » Sat May 08, 2010 9:09 am

First Question to the people who have applied for VISA after April 6th 2010 and got their stamping (or even awaiting stamping)....

Planning to Apply for UK Tier I VISA - GENERAL on PBS (Points Based System)

Should i submit anything else other than the below forms / documents

*** Application form VAF9 - PBS Migrant
*** PBS Appendix 1 General Migrant self assessment form
*** All supporting documents in Original which includes PASSPORT / University - College Ceritificates / Salary Proof for the last 12 months - Tax Certificates / Bank Statements / Medium of Education in English Authorisation Letter / Age proof

SHOULD I BE SUBMITTING ANYTHING ELSE ?? IF YES, WHAT ELSE ??

Second Question to those who are a Permanent Resident in UK or who knows UK politics better or one who is a British Citizen well versed in local news / poilitics

What are the chances that the current Immigration rules (new rules which were implemented after the first week of April 2010) on PBS (Points based System) will change after the new government is formed....

In simple words, if a new government is formed - then will the current immigration rules stay as it is or will it get changed as a part of local UK politics :o)

PLEASE ADVISE for the second question
and
PLease ANSWER FOR THE FIRST QUESTION
FOLKS......

Thank you all in advance 8)

Read Tier 1 policy guidance and submit all documentary evidence mentioned in there (as applicable to your application).
