Post by chris29 » Tue May 11, 2010 11:36 am

Hi all,

I need advice from you guys. I am non EEA family member and working full time. I have residence card for 5 years. I have one daughter she is 2 year old. I want to learn him my native language and she need pic and drop for scool as well. As her mother and me are busy in jobs. Would it be possible if I apply to bring my brother from pakistan to takecare of my daughter. If yes which sort of catergory it would be? I am in a position to sponcer him.
Looking forward for our advice.

Hi chris29,

What is the relationship between your brother and the EEA national?

Was your brother a member of the EEA national's household in the country from which he will be coming?

Then EC law is inapplicable.

Try asking in the Immigration for family members section.

I am an Indian citizen an have ILR. I have a fiance but she lives very far. I live on my own and get very bored when I come home after work. Can I bring my cousin from India to keep me company? What kind of visa do we need to apply for him?

$3000 seems a bit too much. Also I need a visa on the vignette, not on A4. Can you do a deal if I order a dozen visas?
