tier 1 extension need clarification

tier 1 extension need clarification

Hi
i was admitted in to U.K for 1 year on hsmp in the year 2005.
Then i had two extensions of 3 years each and now if i want to extend my visa, will my case be judged with old hsmp or new tier 1. pls some one reply. Many thanks.
Please note I dont want to apply for ILR.

Old HSMP. Apply using FLR Tier 1 (HSMP) form. Guidance here.

that means i can extend my visa with the old hsmp rules.
