Since he has finished off his ban period, provided he gives the proper documents to explain why he was banned, I dont see why this ban should adversely affect a new application he makes..

Thanks for ur advice potterbond007. But if he tell the visa officer he used diploma for psw which was not verified from the college, how will they give them new study visa. Give him any technical advice. If any of them in forum been through lcmit case, tell him which person should he contact to sort out this issue. Thnks.

He has finished off his ban.. so if he applies for a new study visa to a Tier-4 recognized college, he shouldn't be refused. He just needs to say on his application that he was not aware that his college was not recognized and is a victim of fraud. His application would be treated like any other application. And that is all the advice I can offer sorry.

Thanks for good advice potterbond007. I spoke to him and he said lcmit college was registered but in end of 2008 their college admin team with the help of officials were selling pgd diplomas. Many of my friends and other students paid approx £2,700 under hand to their agents and they got diplomas and afterwards psw visas. But when i applied, due to HO check on college, college refused to verify mine one. He says I admit, i did wrong. But now its the matter of my carrer, my education is not complete. I have huge loss of bank credit history, and visa history. If i do not go back and do not pay some amounts of credit cards i will be bank rupt as well. He got heart attack as well in very young age because he is so tensed after this happening. He spoke to one of the solicitor in UK and he said if you make new application and can not provide documents for previous allegation i mean you were geniune student. You will be banned for 10 years. He does not have any document to prove he was geniune, of course he was not.
Please guys on forum, after reading above tell him what should he do now. Should he send new application in uni admission or do not send? He is really upset and wants to come back UK. He is guilty what he did.
If any solicitor is on forum read above please help him. Give him advice legally. In advance thanks.

He can pay back the credit cards from wherever he is. No need to come to the UK to do that. If he has money to be a full time international student in the UK, if he really wants to he can pay back his debts.

As for this career, Open University or University of London are good, and absolutely no need to come to the UK.

As for the stress, he has only himself to blame.

..... and... no, HO will not give him points because he suffered from Heart attack.

He has done something wrong and cant really blame HO if they refuse to give him visa in foreseeable future.

Sorry, if i sound harsh but im afraid HO will NOT authorise his stay in this country considering his immigration history
