Hi,

Looking forward to apply for my wife and daughter under tier 1 dependant category.

As regards new rule to be implemented for english test requirement for spouse, I would be thankful, if you can clarify on the following

Is this rule applicable with an immediate effect? Spouse has to show english test certificate. The rule states that this will be applicable from autumn 2010 i.e. September 2010. So that application can be processed without english test requirement till September 2010. Please confirm.
